How to create an ad in French and in English ?

The ads are not automatically translated. You can create an ad in the two languages using “duplicate” in the section “My Account”, for the chosen ad. Then you don’t need to create a new ad with all the details. You just need to write the description of the ad.

I don’t find a category to create my ad ?

You have a choice : contact us by filling the form “contact us” and indicating the category or subcategory that you want to see on our service, or use the link “Submit a new category, or subcategory” in the form ad creation.

• Fact sheets

I bought a fact sheet. Where and how can I download it ?

Once you have bought a fact sheet, you can download it in the section “My account”, “fact sheet”. You can download it 3 times.

I bought a fact sheet in a pack. Where and how can I download it ?

When you buy a pack, you can choose  your fact(s) sheet(s) immediately or later. In the second case, you will have credit in your account to choose them later  If you want to choose them later  : add them again to your card (the amount stay at zero euro) and click on "Pay" : your credit will  be updated and you will be able to download all fact sheets you have chosen via your account.
